When it comes to your experience of money - put a mental tick next to every statement you relate to…

☑ You never feel like there’s quite enough.. and even when you do have money, it just doesn’t feel safe or exciting and you don’t know why.

☑ Even when there is enough you’re gripping at it and scared to spend it. Like you’ll get in trouble or somehow mess it up. 

☑ OR when there is enough, it seems to disappear so quickly that you can’t even figure out where it went.

☑ When it comes to spending.. You feel guilty every time you do spend it, whether you have plenty of it or not much, it feels like you can never spend freely or feel great about it. There’s always an ick present. 

☑ And when you sit back and think about where all of your money has gone, you feel this deep lingering sense that money has some kind of power over you.

☑ You feel like you’re constantly hiding your truth around your money situation, whether its having too much of it or too little. You’re always scared of being ‘found out’ or judged in some kind of way.

☑ Sitting down and working on your money situation, creating a personal budget for yourself, creating savings goals, working on your business finances or even just opening your bank account - all of it just feels like one big cloud of resistance that you’ve been hiding from or constantly put off.

☑ You see other people post about or speak on their money wins, buying luxurious things or ‘splashing their cash’ and you either feel complete judgement towards the, and immediately turn them into a bad/yuck person in your mind OR you think ‘I would never share that in a million years’.

☑ You receive a lot of money but also receive just around about the same amount of outgoings, random bills, things you don’t want to spend your money on or a lot of things you think you want to spend your money on just show up.. and all of a sudden the money you’ve received is spoken for. 

☑ Money and your finances creates a sense of inner conflict within yourself, whether it's guilt or limitation, it just doesn’t feel great when you think about your money situation.

☑ And even more than that.. it creates conflict with others in your life. Whether it’s your partner, your parents, your siblings or friends - somehow the topic of money always creates conflict, is hidden or not spoken of, or just creates some sense of unsafety.

☑ You completely hide yourself from your own money situations and just pray everything will be okay, you don’t know how much you have, you don’t know how much you need, you don’t know what’s coming in, what’s going out, you don’t even know what you want in terms of money - truthfully, you just close your eyes and hope for the best.

☑ Every year, month or even week you think ‘this is the time I’m going to get better with my money’ you sit down, figure out some goals or a budget - and no matter what it just doesn’t happen and the shame loop just keeps circulating. 

☑ You use money as a dopamine hit. You feel yourself get bored or even down on yourself - and all of sudden you’re scrolling the internet looking for something to buy without even knowing how you got there and buying things that give you a 2 minute high then you forget you even bought them days later. 

☑ When someone asks you about how much money you would love to attract into your life, you feel shame, discomfort or straight up play small, dim your desires down and make up a number that you think they won’t judge you for.

☑ You think you don't relate to money manifestation because you have a job that earns a certain amount of money and therefore you can’t receive any more.

☑ You think loving or wanting money isn’t ‘spiritual’ or something a good person would do. This shows up in what you charge for your services, the way you spend and what you ‘allow’ yourself to want and desire in your life. Instead of authenticity, its ‘what would they think if I had that, wanted that or charged that.

☑ If your parents, partner, friends, co-workers (the one you intuitively relate to most) asked you how much money you DESIRE to have come into your life per week, you would feel uncomfortable sharing about your money desires with them of for them to know your absolute truth in that.

☑ You can intuitively feel you have money blocks, you don’t really know what they are but you know they need to be shifted. 

☑ The whole topic of money just feels hard, big and uncomfortable. 

☑ You just know you can feel way more expansive and light around the topic of money and desire to play a bigger game with it.
